Thank you for your interest in the accounting position at Eight One Partners. This short test is designed to assess your basic accounting skills and knowledge.

Instructions

Before you begin, please read all of the instructions carefully.

  1. Download the Test: Click on the link below to download a copy of the accounting test.

  2. Rename the document following this format: 

    (Today’s Date) (Your First Name) (Your Last Name) - 81P Test-Tier 1. 

  3. Complete the Test: Answer all questions within the blue highlighted cells. 

    Note: Please ONLY MODIFY THE CELLS HIGHLIGHTED BLUE.  Modifying any other part of the spreadsheet will result in inaccurate test scoring.

  4. Submit the Test: Share the completed document with info@eightonepartners.com

Important Notes:

  • You may have questions about the test or the position. Please send your inquiries to info@eightonepartners.com.

  • We will notify candidates who score well on the test within 30 days for a follow-up interview. Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to notify disqualified candidates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tips:

  • You can download the test and complete it offline. Once finished, upload the completed document to your Google Drive before sharing it.

  • We recommend using a computer for a smoother testing experience.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection before you begin the test.

Our Hiring Process

  1. Application: Submit your application via Indeed or any other job board where our position is listed.

  2. Testing: If your application meets our initial criteria, you will receive an invitation to complete a test.

  3. Resume Request: Qualified candidates will be notified and asked to submit their resume.

  4. Phone Screening: We will schedule a phone screening with our operations manager for candidates who pass the test.

  5. Interview: Successful candidates from the phone screening will be invited for an interview with our hiring manager.

  6. Timeline: Our entire hiring process typically takes 30-45 days from application to final decision.
